Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of return, without having to justify their decision and without any penalty.

2. Return Conditions

Due to the nature of our products (silk bedding and accessories in direct contact with skin), we apply hygiene standards to all returns. Items that have been opened may still be returned, provided they meet the following conditions strictly:

— Unused and unwashed

— In original, resalable condition

— Returned in original packaging

— Free from any signs of use, damage, or odor

Any item that has been used, washed, damaged, or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at: contact.latelierdelasoie@gmail.com with the following information:

— Your order number

— The item(s) you wish to return

— The reason for your return

We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions as returns (unused, unwashed, original packaging). Please contact us at contact.latelierdelasoie@gmail.com specifying the replacement item you wish to receive.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.latelierdelasoie@gmail.com with supporting evidence (photos and description of the issue). We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Klarna).

If the returned item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to assess its condition, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund proportional to the loss in value.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are fully covered by L'Atelier de la Soie, provided the return meets the conditions outlined above. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be refused.
